Hoops Family Children’s Hospital and Edwards Comprehensive Cancer Center’s Pediatric Oncology Unit received a $100,000 grant from the Hyundai Hope On Wheels program to support pediatric cancer patients on Wednesday, Nov. 2, 2022.
Following the check presentation by Hyundai’s regional leadership team, former and current pediatric cancer patients had the opportunity to leave their mark on a car with their own handprint.
Since 1998, Hyundai Hope on Wheels has worked to support the families and children impacted by childhood cancer. In 2022, the program has contributed more than $200 million to researchers working to find a cure.
