Archer joins MHN Strategic Marketing Department
Megan Archer, MCM, has joined the Mountain Health Network (MHN) Strategic Marketing Department as the digital marketing and media manager. In this role, Archer is managing social media channels and websites for network members including Cabell Huntington Hospital (CHH), St. Mary’s Medical Center (SMMC), Hoops Family Children’s Hospital (HFCH) and the Edwards Comprehensive Cancer Center (ECCC). In addition, she serves as the media relations representative for CHH.
Archer came to MHN from the West Virginia Department of Education where she was a social media manager and communications coordinator. Prior to that, she was the assistant director of communications for Marshall University, where she supported the overall marketing and public relations efforts of the university.
“Megan brings a great deal of experience and energy and will be a great addition to the MHN Strategic Marketing team,” said Lisa Chamberlin Stump, chief strategy officer for MHN. “Her talents will play a valuable role as we continue to seek innovative ways to share the services and expertise of our members and providers through digital channels.”
Megan earned a Master of Corporate Media from Marietta College in Marietta, Ohio, and a BA in Public Relations from Marshall University. She is a member of Junior League of Huntington and Big Brothers, Big Sisters of the Tri-State, and serves as the professional advisor for Marshall University’s Public Relations Student Society of America.
